We are available to all children Pre-K through fifth grade at the Early Childhood Center as well as all elementary schools within the district. Take Paws provides an all-day option on teacher workdays, professional development days, and spring break for all Lion Care students, held at Brennan Woods Elementary. The cost is $30.00 per child per day. To ensure the program runs, a minimum of 20 pre-registered and paid students is required. Families will receive notification two weeks in advance if a registered day is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Take Paws operates from 6:15 am to 6:15 pm on specified days throughout the year:October 18, 2024 (cut off September 30) November 4 & 5, 2024 (cut off October 17)January 3, 2025 (cut off December 16) February 14, 2025 (cut off January 24)March 14-21, 2025 (cut off February 21)To enroll in Take Paws dates, please see the steps below*:*You must already have an account and current contract to enroll in Take Paws dates.1. Sign into your account.2. Under "Explore All Programs" select the desired Child Care Account.3. Click Register Non-School Days.4. Select your attending child and click Continue.5. Select the season and click Continue.6. Select the Take Paws days you want to register for. Click Continue.7. Select the Take Paws location (only one location available) from the drop down for each selected date. Click Continue.8. Read the Family Handbook and check that you have done so. Click Finish Registration.____________________________________________________________________________________________To enroll in the 2024/2025 year, please see the steps below:Existing families: Please follow the steps below to enroll your student in the new year or summer school program. Families must enroll separately for each "season".• Sign in to your existing profile• Click the “Explore All Programs” drop-down on the right side of the screen• Choose the second option provided, which lists your Account Number• On the left, under Account Management, choose the “+ Register a New Contract” button• Choose your existing child on the left, or add new students if needed• Verify the information and continue through the prompts, reading carefully.New families: Please follow the steps below to create your Eleyo account profile:• Create your profile by selecting “Sign In” (top, right corner)• Login with Facebook or Google, or select “Create One Now”• When creating an account, you will be required to enter your basic contact information including an email address and password which will be used for logging in• On the left, under the Manage Family Members section, use the Add Emergency Contacts button to add new emergency contacts. Use the Edit Emergency Contacts button to update that information as needed. In order to prevent creating duplicate users in the system, when adding an emergency contact that is already part of your profile, please search for the name and then select from the list of existing users that are presented.• Please refer to the Eleyo Parent Guide on our website for help in navigating your account in the Eleyo platform.An email will be sent from Eleyo with a link to verify your account. You will now be able to log in and proceed with submitting your enrollment form for Lion Care. Submission of your enrollmentform does not guarantee placement in the program. *Failure to create an account and/or contract for each season will result in one being created for you at a cost of $5.00 per child, per season.
